Healing from
Toxic Relationships
A group for women led by women who have been impacted by a person or people with antagonistic personalities
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO GAIN FROM THIS EXPERIENCE:
- Small group psychoeducation and discussion – this is a closed group to ensure every woman receives the undivided attention she deserves in her healing process.
- Connection to other women who can relate, understand, and share empathy for what you have gone through/are going through.
- A curriculum to guide the group so that you feel empowered with new self-help skills (identifying red flags and avoidable patterns in your relationships) and a healthier sense of self.
- Resources for continued self-help and healthy boundary setting you can apply independently post group.
- Peace of mind in knowing that you are not alone and healing is possible.
DATES & TIMES:
- This is a 5 week commitment. If you cannot commit please consider joining us in a future round of groups. The small group is important and your regular participation is a sign of respect to yourself, peers, and the work.
- Wednesdays 6pm–7:30pm – 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/4
